As many of you already know, our little ezine is spreading throughout the country! We now have a significant amount of readers from California, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, Indiana, and Illinois. Because most of our writers are based in Virginia, much of our subject matter is also Virginia based, but we would love to change that. So this is a call to all you out-of-state readers and writers: We want your work! Send us recipes, local happy hour joints, food tips, and photos. Our site can really benefit from your input.

I’d also like to give a shout-out to our out-of-country readers: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and Germany. Thanks for checking us out. We’d really like your feedback too.
In addition, I’d like to thank our newest AES members, George and Nikki. George is our new webmaster. Right now he’s designing us a new web layout that will knock your socks off. Nikki has taken over our PR position, so she’s the one to talk to if you’re interested in ad space on our site.
