Spread It!
An Easy Spread* is a nonprofit, informal foodzine written for and by students in “higher education.” It is a project whose genesis was provoked by an assignment, but carried to completion by fun and love.
Issues are currently planned for February, March, and April of 2010 and will be posted during the last week of each month. Each issue will include recipes, reviews, informative pieces, poetry, and anything else we can think of.
We’re not M. Stewart, Rachel Ray, or the Naked Chef (tho we’d welcome a lunch date with the latter two). Cooking shows may discourage us, but eating is sweet pleasure. Join us as we non-foodies talk about the food and food-related issues that interest us! Please join in the conversation by posting your comments anywhere you can. You can also:

Sundry notes:
Each piece of work on the site is the property of the credited author and does not necessarily reflect the viewpoint of anyone else on staff, people we know, or people we don’t know. Additionally, please don’t steal it without the author’s express permission.
Similarly, if you feel like we have infringed on your own turf, there’s no need to pull out the secret jar of arsenic from the spice drawer. We assure you it’s entirely an innocent mistake–drop us a line and we’ll be happy to rectify the situation.
Unless otherwise noted, all photographs are the property of the authors and may not be used without his permission and/or proper citation. All other photos are used under Creative License permissions.
* Finally, as with the rest of the ‘zine, please don’t take the title too seriously, but feel free to throw insults in our general direction if we’ve shocked and outraged you (preferably accompanied by whipped-cream pies).
